Updates to Chapter 4 & 8, Erection Control Requirements & Storm Drainage Systems on the Town of Manassas Design furthermore Construction Standards Manual (DCSM)

In December the Place issued an LTI #2024-01. Since then DEQ has issued theirs updated designed manuals and regulations for abrasion control as well as for stormwater requirements. Due to this update the City has updated all LTI with some new units as notable in items 4 and 5 below:

Item 3: (Informational Only): FEMA has notified the Towns that they are adopting a new Flood Guarantee Featured (FIS). This will ordinary that newly updated Flood Insurance Set Maps (FIRM) wishes become effective in a certain date, plus that the community is imperative to sponsor a compliant floodland management ordinance by such target to remain eligible for participation in the National Overflow Insurance Program (NFIP).
